ADL Advance Designs N Lifestyle is a legacy of design excellence spanning over four decades, founded by Mr. Hasmukh Shah. What began as a practice rooted in creativity, integrity, and innovation has evolved into a forward thinking, second generation architecture and interior design studio.

Today, led by Architects Riddhi Shah and Darshan Shah, ADL brings a contemporary, research driven approach. With over 15 years of experience each, they combine design sensitivity with technical expertise to create spaces that are visually compelling, functional, and enduring. Every project begins with a deep understanding of the client’s vision, supported by strong design narratives and attention to detail, resulting in purposeful and refined spaces.

ADL’s work spans luxury residences, commercial, hospitality, and retail environments, each crafted to enhance how people live and interact with spaces. Their integrated approach combines structural planning, MEP services, automation, and advanced technologies to deliver efficiency, comfort, and long term value. At its core, ADL focuses on shaping meaningful experiences and creating spaces that stand the test of time.

Mr. Hasmukh Shah

Past Chairman (2021-2023) – Indian Institute of Interior Designers, Mumbai Regional Chapter (IIID MRC), Ex-National Secretary, IIID (2005-2007), NEC Member IIID (2025-2027).

Mr. Hasmukh Shah, the visionary founder of ADL Advance Designs N Lifestyle, established the firm in 1980 with a mission to blend innovation, quality, and timeless design. With over 45 years of experience, his leadership has shaped ADL into a brand synonymous with excellence and integrity. Known for his smart work, creativity, and strategic approach, Mr. Shah has successfully built strong client relationships across industries. His focus on value-driven, efficient, and timely execution has guided ADL’s remarkable growth. Mr. Shah’s design philosophy revolves around innovation, detail, and purpose—creating spaces that are both functional and inspiring.

Ar. Riddhi Shah

Ar. Riddhi Shah is the Partner and Principal Designer at ADL Advance Designs N Lifestyle, with over 15 years of experience in architecture and interior design. She leads the studio with a strong design vision, guiding projects from concept to execution with precision, creativity, and clarity. Her expertise lies in crafting bespoke, detail driven spaces that balance refined aesthetics with functional performance. With hands on involvement across all stages, she ensures quality, timely delivery, and value, while coordinating seamlessly with consultants, vendors, and teams.

Riddhi has played a key role in expanding ADL into a progressive, innovation led practice, delivering projects across luxury residences, hospitality, commercial, and retail sectors. Her approach is rooted in excellence, innovation, and sustainability, with a strong focus on context, materiality, and spatial experience to create timeless and responsible environments.

Her work has been featured in Smart Home Magazine and Society Interiors, and she has received Under 40 Trending Architects 2023 and Smart Space Awards for Residential Villa 2023 and 2024. An artist and educator, she has also served as visiting faculty at Rachna Sansad, teaching Sustainability in Interior Design.

Mr. Darshan Shah

Ar. Darshan Shah is the Partner and Principal Architect at ADL Advance Designs N Lifestyle, where he leads the firm’s management, strategic growth, and new business development initiatives. With a Master’s degree in Environmental Architecture from Rachna Sansad’s Institute of Environmental Architecture, he brings a structured, systems driven approach to design and leadership.

His award winning thesis on wastewater management, recognized at a national level and awarded by Sumitra Mahajan, reflects his strong foundation in sustainability and problem solving through design.

At ADL, Darshan plays a key role in driving growth and market expansion, leading client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic partnerships. He also oversees project management, team coordination, and execution strategies, ensuring clarity in processes, timelines, and outcomes. His strength lies in connecting business strategy with execution, bridging vision with practicality while upholding ADL’s legacy of quality and innovation.
